At Curlscaper, we want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return policy from the date you receive your item.

1. Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it:

Unworn, unwashed, and unused.
With all original tags still attached.
In its original packaging.
Free from any scents, makeup stains, or snags.

2. Final Sale & Discounts

Please note that items purchased on sale or using a discount code are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. This includes seasonal clearances and flash sales.

3. Return Shipping Costs

The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.

Return shipping rates typically range between $20 - $45 USD.
The exact cost depends entirely on your location and the courier service you choose.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

4. Import Taxes & Duties

Buschea is not responsible for any international import taxes, customs duties, or brokerage fees. These are the sole responsibility of the customer. If a package is refused due to unpaid duties, the cost of the return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

5. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, you must contact our team through the Contact section of our website.

Navigate to the Contact page in our main menu.
Fill out the form with your Order Number and the reason for the return.
Once our team reviews your request, we will provide you with the return shipping address and further instructions via email.

Please do not send items back to us without first initiating a request through the Contact section, as unauthorized returns will not be processed.

6. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
