"I've had heel pain for years and tried everything. After about a week of sleeping with this on the difference in the morning was noticeable. That horrible first-step pain has gone from an 8 to maybe a 2."

What is plantar fasciitis

Plantar fasciitis develops when the thick band of tissue under the foot (the plantar fascia) becomes inflamed from repeated strain over time. This tissue connects your heel to your toes and supports your arch.

The most common cause is overload, whenever we stand for a prolonged time the plantar fascia gets stretched causing micro tears to appear. When the body doesn't get enough time to repair these micro tears it eventually causes inflammation (plantar fasciitis). This often happens in people who stand for long hours, walk or run more than usual, or wear unsupportive shoes, especially on hard surfaces.

Plantar fasciitis is extremely common. More than 2 million people in the U.S. are treated for it each year. Around 1 in 10 people will develop plantar fasciitis at some point throughout their life.

Naturally relieve plantar fasciitis at home

Whenever we sleep our feet naturally points downwards. In this position the plantar fascia shortens and relaxes overnight. When you take your first steps in the morning, the fascia suddenly stretches under your body weight and that rapid stretch causes the sharp heel pain so many people experience.

Using the Solefix when sleeping and resting keeps your feet in a slightly upwards position. This keeps the plantar fascia gently stretched preventing it from tightening during the night but still allowing it to recover. This prevents your tissue from going from shortened to fully stretched in one step and helps it stay more consistent and reduces pain. This leads to less sharp pain and reduced morning stiffness which gradually improves over weeks.

Relieve pain without surgery

If plantar fasciitis is ignored the pain eventually becomes chronic. Ongoing discomfort can affect your activity levels, sleep, and overall quality of life.

In some cases surgery is needed to cure plantar fasciitis. Surgeries include lengthening your calf muscles to reduce pressure on the fascia and also making tiny incisions on the fascia causing recoveries.

Solefix solves this problem by keeping the fascia stretched overnight. This helps reduce morning strain, support recovery, and break the cycle of repeated irritation.

No injections. No downtime. Just consistent nightly support.

Easy to use

Simply slip it on before bed and adjust the strap to your comfort level. It may take a few nights to get used to, but most users quickly make it part of their routine.

Designed for comfort and adjustability, it provides gentle support while you sleep so you can wake up and take that first step without bracing yourself.

"I work on my feet all day as a nurse and the morning pain was getting unbearable. Been using this for about 3 weeks now and my mornings are so much better. Wish I had found it sooner."

Sarah K.

"I'll be honest I didn't think a brace you sleep in would make much difference. Two weeks in and the stiffness I used to feel every single morning is almost completely gone. Simple but effective."

James R.

"Not only has the morning pain improved but I'm actually sleeping better because I'm not shifting around trying to get comfortable with an achy foot. Takes one night to get used to and after that you forget it's even on."

Frequently asked questions

How long until I see results?

Most users notice a reduction in morning pain within 1–2 weeks of consistent nightly use. Full improvement typically develops over 4–8 weeks as the plantar fascia gradually adapts to being kept in a stretched position overnight.

How long do I need to wear it each night?

Wearing it for the full duration of your sleep gives the best results, but even a few hours while resting or watching TV provides benefit. The longer the fascia stays gently stretched, the more effective it is.

Is it comfortable to sleep in?

It takes most people 2–4 nights to adjust. The splint is designed to hold your foot at a gentle angle rather than a harsh stretch, so most users find it comfortable once they get used to it. You can also start by wearing it for just a few hours before bed and work your way up.

Can I wear it during the day?

Yes, it can be worn while resting or sitting during the day. It is not designed for walking or standing as it does not support full weight bearing.

Does it fit my foot size?

The adjustable straps make it suitable for most adult foot sizes. It fits both the left and right foot.

Is it easy to put on?

Yes, simply slide your foot in and fasten the velcro straps to your preferred tightness. No tools or complicated setup needed.

Will this cure my plantar fasciitis permanently?

The splint addresses the main cause of morning pain by keeping the fascia stretched overnight, which supports recovery and breaks the cycle of repeated irritation. For best long term results it is recommended to combine it with stretching exercises and supportive footwear during the day.
